When I was kid, I always wanted to go with my Grandfather, Arnold E. Bruggeman. I saw him talking to people and negotiating deals. As a kid, I was fascinated by how my Grandfather did business. Everyday was a new adventure doing most of the same fundamentals. When I was old enough I would spend the summers working with him. I was constantly learning about more then just logs but how to be a steward of the land. What we do today will affect the future generations.

After I graduated High School, I attended College at Vermillion Community College. I graduated in 1998 with a degree in Forestry. I came back and worked in a different field for few months before going back to work for my Grandfather. A few years after the passing of my  Grandfather I went to work for my dad at the sawmill he owned.

Then in 2014 I started to pursue my life long dream of following in my Grandfathers footsteps as a timber buyer. With the support of my wife and kids B&R Logging began in January of 2017. Since starting my company I haven't looked back. Every day is a new adventure just like it was when I was a young boy.
